twRow( nRow )

     Determines the screen row for the relative window row nRow. This
     function is normally used in conjunction with twCol() to position
     SAYs or GETs within a window.

       Arguments:

     nRow - 'N' Relative Window Row. Defaults to 0.

       Return:

     Screen Row.
